1.INTRODUCTION. Liberty Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram ("Dealership," "we," "us," or "our") operates a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram franchised automobile dealership in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you provide to us when you visit our dealership locations, interact with us online, or otherwise use our products and services.

13. ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER. Class actions and representative proceedings are waived. This provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
If another arbitration agreement applies to your transaction with us (such as a vehicle purchase or lease agreement), that agreement will control.
14. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
15. THIRD-PARTY LINKS. Our websites and digital services may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services, including those operated by vehicle manufacturers, social media providers, or other third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of any third-party sites, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by those third parties.
