NOTICE: This Privacy Policy contains an Agreement to Arbitrate Disputes and a Class Action Waiver.

1.INTRODUCTION. Liberty Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram ("Dealership," "we," "us," or "our") operates a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram franchised automobile dealership in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you provide to us when you visit our dealership locations, interact with us online, or otherwise use our products and services.

13. ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy or our privacy practices shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by law. Class actions and representative proceedings are waived. This provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

If another arbitration agreement applies to your transaction with us (such as a vehicle purchase or lease agreement), that agreement will control.

14. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

15. THIRD-PARTY LINKS. Our websites and digital services may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services, including those operated by vehicle manufacturers, social media providers, or other third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of any third-party sites, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by those third parties.
